POKER TOURNAMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tournament Details
1.1. Entry Fee’s - Per the advertisement for event
1.2. Re-Buys / Add-Ons - Per the advertisement for event
1.3. Entrants - Entrant Quantity is unlimited unless otherwise advertised
1.4. Location - Per the advertisement for event
1.5. Timing - Start time & Late Registration - Per the advertisement for the
event - This is approximate and is up to the discretion of the Tournament Director in the case there are delays.
Conditions Of Entry
2.1. Entry into an event - All players must register to compete in the event and pay the Entry Fee prior to the advertised late registration with the tournament director or registration staff.
2.2. If advised per the advertisement for an event that there is an eligibility criteria for entrants all entrants must satisfy that criteria.
2.3. MMM Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry into any event
2.4. The entry fee, if any, will be refunded if any event does not proceed.
2.5. The entry fee is non refundable once the event has commenced, regardless of disqualification.
2.6. By registering entrants agree to MMM Entertainment using the entrants Names & Photographs for the purpose of promotion & advertisement of future, current & previous events.
3. Format
3.1. The format for the tournament will include 3 rounds - Late registration period / After the break / On to Final.
3.2. The game of poker to be played is per the advertisement for event
3.3. Starting Stack, Blind structure, Seat allocation & Entrants per table is at the discretion of the tournament director
3.4. Position numbers - position 1 is located to the immediate left of the dealer with the numbers ascending around the table
3.5. A draw for the Dealer Button will be completed at the beginning of the game, each person will be dealt a card - the person with the highest card will become the dealer.
4. Wagers
4.1. All Wagers will be made with tournament chips that hold No Monetary Value. Said Chips remain the property of MMM Entertainment and must be returned before exit of the venue.
4.2. All Entrants will start with the same allocation of chips referred to as the starting stack.
4.3. All Entrants chips must remain on the table in full view of all participants, with higher denomination chip(s) the most prominent, until all rounds are complete and a winner is determined.
5. Re-Buys, Re Entries and Add-Ons
5.1. MMM Entertainment per the advertisement for event Re-buys, Re-entries & add-ons May be allowed. Re-Entry / Re-Buys will only be allowed until the end of the late registration period. Add-Ons will only be available to purchase in the 1st break when the Late registration period ceases.
6. Time To Act
6.1. All entrants and the tournament director have the right to “Call Clock” on another entrant under action. It is the tournament directors discretion to determine whether the request is reasonable. If reasonable the Tournament Director will call time and the entrant in question will only have 60 seconds to make their action. If action has not been made in the 60 seconds the entrant's hand will be dead. Any wagers that are made by the entrant will remain in the pot.
7. Electronic Devices
7.1. Entrants who wish to use a device/smartphone at the table will be required to be mindful of other entrants and not impede their experience or slow play at the table. It is the tournament directors discretion to give warnings to entrants that misuse or disrupt other entrants
8. Elimination
8.1. Once an entrant has lost their bank of tournament chips and the time frame for re-buys / re-entries is complete they will be eliminated from the tournament.
8.2. Once entrant start getting eliminated it will be required for the tournament director to re-seat entrants to other tables with this procedure:
8.2.1. Tables will be balanced by moving entrants to their corresponding seat in relation to the big blind at a new table where practicable.
8.2.2. Entrants must promptly move to the table requested and assume the responsibilities of their new position.
9. Winners
9.1. The winner is determined by the last entrant with tournament chips after all other entrants have been eliminated
Prize Pool
10.1. The tournament prize pool consists of all buy-ins excluding relevant administration fees
10.2. Entrants will be advised of the prize pool breakdown after the late registration period has ended and the calculations have been completed
11.Conduct Of Play
11.1. It is the tournament directors discretion to penalize any entrant who fails to comply with the following terms & conditions:
11.1.1. Detrimental behavior that compromises the integrity or proper conduct of the tournament.
11.1.2. Abuse of venue employees, MMM Entertainment staff or other entrants.
11.1.3. An entrant showing or verbally advising the content of their hand to another entrant while the betting round is not complete.
11.1.4. Exposing whole cards while action is pending
11.1.5. Purposefully causing cards to go off the table
11.1.6. Coaching another entrant on how to action their hand
11.1.7. Deliberately misleading a hand
11.1.8. Deliberately sitting in the wrong seat
11.1.9. Collusion
11.1.10. The tournament director reserves the right to read any unexposed hands to determine collusion.
11.1.11.Intentionally avoiding the payment of a blind
11.1.12 Discussion of any particular hand prior to action being completed whether in the hand or not
11.1.13 Seeking advice from other competitors / bystanders Acting out of turn
11.1.14 Concealing whole cards or chips from other entrants Being assessed as intoxicated by the venue staff
11.2. Penalties imposed may be as follows at the discretion of the tournament director-
11.2.1. Exclusion from the table for one or more rounds of play (All Blinds forfeited)
11.2.2. Time penalties of 5, 10, 20 or 40 minutes away from the table (All Blinds Forfeited)
11.2.3. Disqualification from the tournament - All chips for the disqualified entrant will be removed from play.
11.3. Prior to the commencement of play all entrants may view the terms and conditions and must abide by them or risk disqualification
11.4. The venue reserves the right to exclude any entrant who is wearing apparel which contains advertising, obscene images or words or any other apparel deemed inappropriate.
11.5. All Events will be conducted by the tournament director in accordance with these terms and conditions & the TDA rulebook where applicable.
11.6. In the event of a dispute relating to any of the tournament conditions, the decision of the tournament director is final.
MMM Entertainment will not be liable for any losses whatsoever that may arise from any decision of the tournament director.
12. Behavioural standards for all tournaments:
Discouraged behavior that may incur a warning
Throwing chips directly at the pot
Being aggressive with chips or cards
Acting out of turn
Using a device that is disrupting other entrants
11.8.2. Unacceptable behavior that will incur penalties / disqualification:
Swearing, Yelling, Arguing or creating a disturbance Colluding
Cheating
Abuse of any nature to any patron in the venue Bending or marking cards
Purposefully damaging equipment
Any entrant looking through mucked cards
Rabbit Hunting
Exposing another entrants cards
Talking in the hand with more than one player to act Dealers taking a peek at the deck whilst dealing
7. 12.
Roles And Responsibilities
12.1. MMM Entertainment Reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any of its events for any reason
12.2. All entrants by registering in an event by way of payment of the buy in, accepts the terms and conditions specified in the above and by this payment accepts the decisions & Directions given by the tournament director or MMM Entertainment.

1.3. We maintain physical, electronic and organisational safeguards to protect this information.
1.4. We require any person or organisation providing products or services to customers on our behalf to protect the confidentiality of this information.
1.5. We permit only authorised employees and contractors, including but not limited to consultants, to have access to nonpublic personal information of our customers.

2.1. MMM Entertainment will receive and store personal information you give to us digitally through our website or social media, in person at any of our events or through any other form.
2.2. You may provide basic information such as your first name, last name, address, phone, email address, date of birth, purchase information, gaming information and other similar information to enable us to contact you and/or send you information & to keep track of your performance at our events,
2.3. We may collect additional information at times, including but not limited to, when you provide us feedback, when you respond to surveys or promotions or change your information.
How we collect your personal information
3.1. MMM Entertainment collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us in person or electronically, when you access our website / social media & when we provide our services to you. We may receive information from third parties, if we do we will protect it as set out in this privacy policy.
4. Use of your personal information
4.1. We will use the information you provide to us for the specific purposes for which you provided the information, as stated at the time of collection. The following are some other ways in which we may use your information to administer our business and provide you with the products and services you request:
4.1.1. MMM Entertainment may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new & additional products, services & opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs.
4.1.2. MMM Entertainment may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, sms or mail.
4.1.3. We may use your information to perform statistical studies about our customers and complete internal market research.
4.1.4. Otherwise we may use your information as permitted or required by law.
4.1.5. We may use your information to keep track of qualifications into our promotional services and keep track of your achievements at our events.
4.1.6. We may use photos of yourself at our events for our promotional material and publish updates on qualifications on our social media & website.
5. Information Disclosure to Affiliated Entities
5.1. For business purposes, we may share certain personal and non-personal information we receive from you, and about your transactions with us, with our affiliates, online and with other corporate entities, when necessary.
